Our School

School Motto

Growing in faith and learning.

Dilhorne Endowed C.E. Primary School is a lovely, small, rural school in the Staffordshire Moorlands which has strong links with the local church and the community and is proudly Christian. The school has really grown over the past few years and now offers three classes of fabulous children, a caring and nurturing team of staff...and also a number of animals who live in the school farm!

Our school committed to creating an environment that is filled with encouragement, trust and friendship. We believe in developing children’s confidence, individuality and understanding of others, in a secure Christian environment where the teachings of Jesus lie at the heart.

Ours is a school of friendship, trust and success, where everyone has an important role to play.

Dilhorne Endowed C.E. Primary School is a founding member of The Moorlands Primary Federation (TMPF) Multi Academy Trust.

In May 2022, Ofsted judged us as having 'Outstanding' Early Years provision, 'Outstanding' Behaviour and Attitudes, and being a 'Good' school overall. We are delighted that this reflects our amazing children so wonderfully.

Before and after school care

We are delighted to be able to offer parents access to an on-site before and after-school club, led by Kingfishers Dilhorne. The Kingfishers grew from a successful and long-standing relationship with another school in TMPF and also offers pre-school provision.
