Positive Handling (online learning and face-to-face practical session on 26th June 2023)

The Moorlands Primary Federation are hosting Positive Handling training for staff to provide support for those times when pupils are struggling to manage more extreme elements of their behaviour. We have a small number of spaces available to join us for the training which we are delighted to offer to local schools who have the need for this (price on application). Further details are below.

The training is taking a blended format with delegates needing to complete approx. 2-3hrs of online learning, prior to the 3hr practical taking place on Monday 26th June, 13:00-16:00 at Bishop Rawle C.E. Primary, Cheadle. The blended approach makes it a little easier to provide cover for colleagues.

The providers:
·        Are a Quality Award Centre with the Institute of Conflict Management
·        Provide training to over 1500 Schools in England
·        Their training Director is a published Author on Schools Positive Handling

For delegates:
·        Delegates will receive a certificate upon successful completion of both elements (online training must be completed prior to the face-to-face).
·        Delegates will all receive a 37-page booklet.
