The school is very proud of its close relationship with the local church and indeed to represent the Church of England. St. Werburgh's C.E. Primary School offers six classes and a team of highly dedicated, talented staff who work hard to provide children with a quality education and a huge range of extra-curricular clubs and exciting opportunities. St. Werburgh's C.E. Primary School is a founding member of The Moorlands Primary Federation (TMPF) Multi Academy Trust.

Before and after school care

We are delighted to be able to offer parents access to an on-site before and after-school club, led by Kingsley Kingfishers. The Kingsley Kingfishers is an independent organisation which has been operating successfully for more than a decade and also offers pre-school provision!**

** (During the current period of the Covid-19 pandemic, an element of before and after-school care is currently being offered by the school team to support working parents/carers, until such time that our friends at Kingsley Kingfishers are once again able to provide their wonderful service. For further details on how to book, please contact the school.)**
