Hollinsclough C.E. Academy is a very proud Anglican school which cherishes its links to the Parish of Hollinsclough, TMPF Trust’s RE and Collective Worship network, the Trust’s sister schools, and the Diocese of Lichfield. The vison of the school is: Learning and growing together with love, hope and joy, and our theologically-rooted vision is inspired by:

“The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field. Though it is the smallest of all seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds come and perch in its branches."

Hollinsclough CE Academy follows the teachings of Christ by living out strong values in the heart of our local community and growing in love, hope and joy together. Children build a strong foundation for their life journey here. We are proud to be a unique flexi school and to educate in close partnership with our pupil’s families. Growing and learning together.

We share HOPE for all people, our world, our environment, our community for ourselves and for our learning. Hope is offered to us in the stories in the Bible. Our HOPE promotes aspiration. Jesus taught us to love our neighbour.

We promote LOVE for one another, LOVE to help those in need, LOVE for our work and for our learning. We learn how to LOVE. We are a family and promote and expect every member of our school family to act in a loving and caring manner towards others. We use the story of the good Samaritan to illustrate love.

With LOVE and HOPE our children and staff can be full of JOY through the Holy Spirit knowing that they can trust in God.

SIAMS

The Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools (SIAMS) is the Church of England and Methodist Church’s outworking of the requirements of section 48 of the Education Act 2005. It is a key element of the life of all Church of England and Methodist schools in England. SIAMS explores ways in which each school’s theologically-rooted Christian vision drives its work and enables the school to live up to its foundation as a Church school.

Loving and caring relationships flow from pupils and staff living out the Christian vision.
