Sports Premium Funding

Sport Premium Funding is allocated to schools to support the healthy lifestyles, P.E. and wellbeing of their pupils.

This can be spent in a number of ways and schools report on the impact of this funding on an annual basis.

The aims of PE and Sport Premium Funding are to:

Embed the foundations of positive and enjoyable participation in regular physical activity.

In school, we aim to provide:

  • high-quality PE and sport for at least 2 hours a week 

  • a wide range of extracurricular sport and competitive opportunities
